Malta Work Permit Program
The Malta Work Permit is available to any non-EU/EEA and non-Swiss foreign national who intends to work in Malta. The permit is issued in conjunction with an employment license (formerly known as the employment permit) which is obtained by the employer. This permit allows the holder to legally reside and work in Malta.
